The Gore Police Department is an essential part of the community, providing important services to keep residents safe and secure!

The Gore Police Department has several full-time officers and additional part-time or reserve officers. The Department is constantly growing and training to meet the needs of our community. We are composed of a small team of officers who work closely with the community to ensure safety and security.

Randy Taylor - Chief of Police

Randy Taylor is Gore's Chief of Police. He was sworn into the position in 2025.

Tracy Christenberry is Gore's Assistant Chief of Police. He has a passion for serving the community and has dedicated over 25 years to law enforcement!
